a) Live Timing on Formula1.com
b) Live Blog for example on www.F1wolf.com :-)
c) Live video on ITV (if you are in UK), if you are not, you need to search around. You can try MadMax but no guarantees:

I use live timing at formula1.com to watch online and SpeedTV. I also greatly enjoy the live blog that Wolf has put together, except that SpeedTV is on delay in qualifying, so I only use it on race day.
Last week we lost power, so I missed out on the race.
How do the live videos online compare to TV? I have not tried that, and may give it a shot for quals if it works.
the MadMax link shows the ITV feed from UK. I see it about a minute late, but the picture is very good. Last race however people complained on the live blog that it did not work during the race. perhaps too many people tried to watch. I only watch free practice there because the qualifying and race we have live on TV here
I tried the TVU for Saturday practice in Turkey, looked up the French Eurosport there. The picture was good but on much smaller screed than the MadMax
Super great stream!! :) But still keep on Speed, the live commenting is pretty good there and I don't hear nothing comming from ITV, so I think the stream there is just natural sound from the track (hery sometimes I would wish the hosts shut up for a while like that, doing able to hear the acceleration diifferences by the drivers and also the radio messages!!) .
